Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare rooms and work areas for restoration activities, including setting up staging areas and project-specific equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with management and fellow technicians to support efficient and productive workflows.
  • Carry out assigned production and restoration tasks in accordance with company standards.
  • Complete end-of-day and end-of-project cleanup, ensuring each jobsite is left clean, organized, and professional in appearance.

Position Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license

Skills, Physical Demands & Competencies

  • Ability to regularly lift at least 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
  • Ability to repeatedly push, pull, lift, and carry materials and equipment.
  • Ability to safely work with and around cleaning agents and restoration products.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check, subject to applicable laws.

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
