What You'll Do:

  • Respond to water, fire, and storm damage losses on active job sites
  • Run structural drying using DryBook for real-time documentation and moisture tracking
  • Handle demo, extraction, content manipulation, and equipment setup
  • Work directly with PMs and crew leads to keep projects moving from first response to close-out

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in water/fire mitigation, demo, or general restoration work (IICRC certs a plus, not required)
  • Comfortable on your feet, on ladders, and in tight or dirty spaces
  • Reliable, shows up, works clean, communicates with the team
  • Valid driver's license

Compensation: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
