SERVPRO of Chesterfield, Richmond, Chesapeake, and Hampton is hiring a Sales and Marketing Representative! For more than 35 years, SERVPRO of Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, and Tri-Cities has been making a difference in our community and we are expanding in the Chesapeake, Newport News and Arlington area. This locally owned and operated, family-run business started from the ground up to become one of the largest, most stable, and well-respected disaster restoration companies on the East Coast. Responsibilities

  • Increase brand awareness and share the SERVPRO story by meeting new people and communicating effectively (in-person and online).
  • Understand the competitive advantages of SERVPRO and educate clients about brand benefits.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with contacts in the sales territory through daily marketing calls.
  • Participate in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) classes to raise brand visibility.
  • Use marketing software to document daily calls and track lead activity and opportunities.
  • Provide management with revenue updates and territory reports.
  • Achieve and exceed sales territory goals to increase territory revenue.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of direct sales experience.
  • Strong process and results-driven attitude.
  • Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.
  • Physical ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects and work around cleaning agents.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check where required by law.
