You'll play a key role in establishing systems engineering best practice, driving technical governance, and ensuring products are released with confidence in their performance, safety, reliability, and compliance. What You'll Be Doing Working closely with Research, Product Development, Software, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Production, Quality, and Regulatory teams, you will: Requirements Engineering Lead the capture, analysis, and management of customer, stakeholder, business, and regulatory requirements Translate user needs into clear, measurable, and testable system requirements Establish and maintain complete bidirectional traceability throughout the product lifecycle Facilitate requirements reviews and ensure alignment between stakeholders and development teams Manage requirement changes and maintain configuration control throughout development System Architecture
