Field Based Product Specialist

We are searching for a passionate Product professional for this newly created and critical role within our Strategy and Marketing team. The Product Marketing Manager will develop and implement a marketing roadmap for solutions and future products for our Industrial Process and Emissions (IP&E) market segment, including clean energy markets. Steer the understanding of target markets and competitors – tracking trends whilst owning product line performance and profitability including cost positioning and pricing. Work closely with our Engineering, Quality, Operations and Service teams to ensure products are designed and operating to the highest standards. Provide dialogue on future developments, customer, commercial, technical, and environmental challenges. A Product expert from the Gas Analysis or Process Instrumentation industries with solid exposure to the Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power and Clean Energy markets: Experience of working with gas analysers including laser based (Tunable Diode Laser, InfraRed) products and their applications. Strong commercial and technical acumen with a track record in the preparation of business cases, price negotiations and competitor analysis. Experience of translating VOC from raw data into insights that inform decision-making and influence customer satisfaction. An exceptional communicator with strategic prowess and a proven blend of engineering/scientific experience combined with product ingenuity A degree in a scientific subject (physics, chemical engineering, chemistry) or related engineering/ technical discipline.
