About You
What We’re Looking For
Successful applicants will have:
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in adult or children’s support settings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to build rapport and develop therapeutic relationships
- Experience with individual support planning
- A valid UK driving licence (desired but not essential)
