About the Role

You will work in a variety of settings including residential, respite, community, and supported living services, supporting adults with:

  • Autism
  • Learning or physical disabilities
  • Mental health needs
  • Behavioural challenges

Shifts include days, nights, and sleep-ins, contributing to 24-hour support.

About You

What We’re Looking For

Successful applicants will have:

  • A minimum of 12 months’ experience in adult or children’s support settings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to build rapport and develop therapeutic relationships
  • Experience with individual support planning
  • A valid UK driving licence (desired but not essential)

All applicants will undergo Identity, Right to Work, DBS, and Reference checks.
