The Role
We are recruiting Support Workers to work across care homes and supported living services in York and surrounding areas. You'll provide high-quality, person-centred support while promoting independence and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care
- Assist with mobility and safe moving & handling
- Support with meals and hydration
- Promote independence and encourage choiceMonitor wellbeing and report concerns appropriately
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans

About You
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 6 months' UK experience in a support worker or care role
- Moving & Handling experience
- Right to work in the UK
- Two satisfactory professional references
