Job Title: Complex Care Assistant - Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.

Pay Rates: £15.25 - £18.21 per hour (package dependent)

Hours of work: 8am - 6pm (weekends) and 8am - 7pm (weekdays)

About the Role

We’re looking for Care Assistants in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire to provide complex care and support tailored to our clients in the area. You’ll make a real difference by helping people retain independence while receiving the specialist care they need.

About You

Your responsibilities

  • Personal care and daily living support
  • Preparing meals and assisting with eating/drinking
  • Administering medication (training provided)
  • Supporting with clinical tasks such as Bowel Care
  • Offering companionship and emotional support

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 6 months’ UK care experience
  • Previous complex care experience (e.g. Spinal Injury and Acquired Brain Injury)
  • A full UK Driving Licence preferred
  • A caring, compassionate attitude and good level of English
  • Candidates must have the right to work in the UK
