We're Recruiting Experienced Support Workers. Are you passionate about promoting independence and helping people live their best lives? We’d love to hear from you. We have opportunities across Rochdale, Oldham, and the wider Greater Manchester area. You will work in a variety of settings including residential, respite, community, and supported living services, supporting adults with:
- Autism
- Learning or physical disabilities
- Mental health needs
- Behavioural challenges
Shifts include days, nights, and sleep-ins, contributing to 24-hour support.

About You
What We’re Looking For: Successful applicants will have:
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in adult or children’s support settings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to build rapport and develop therapeutic relationships
- Experience with individual support planning
- A valid UK driving licence (desired but not essential)
All applicants will undergo Identity, Right to Work, DBS, and Reference checks.
