Role Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Assistants to join our team. As an Agency Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers.
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • Monitor and record clients' health and well-being.
  • Follow care plans and report any changes in clients' conditions to the relevant professionals.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

About You

  • 12 month minimum experience working in a healthcare setting in the UK
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
