About the Role
We’re looking for Care Assistants in Walton-on-the-Naze, Essex to provide complex care and support tailored to our clients in the area. You’ll make a real difference by helping people retain independence while receiving the specialist care they need.
Your responsibilities
- Personal care and daily living support
- Preparing meals and assisting with eating/drinking
- Administering medication (training provided)
- Supporting with clinical tasks such as Bowel Care
- Offering companionship and emotional support

What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 months’ UK care experience
- Previous complex care experience (e.g. Spinal Injury)
- A full UK Driving Licence preferred
- A caring, compassionate attitude and good level of English
