About the Role:
We are recruiting experienced Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants to work in a variety of care settings, including:
Care Homes
Supported Living Services
Residential homes
Rehabilitation / Day centres
Your role will involve delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with different needs, including older adults, adult and young people with disabilities, and individuals with mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Supporting individuals with mobility and daily activities
Providing companionship and emotional support
Helping with meal preparation and feeding where necessary
Administering medication (if required)
Ensuring the safety and well-being of service users at all times
About You
A successful candidates will benefit from:

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant (6 months minimum)
A caring and empathetic nature
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
MAPA/PMVA/CPI Cards/Team Teach/PRICE/PROACT-SCIP TRAINED (Preferred but not essential)
NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential)
