About The Role
Firstpoint Healthcare is recruiting for Registered Nurses for either ad‑hoc shifts or long‑term vacancies in Derby. As one of the largest suppliers of agency nursing staff within England, Firstpoint Healthcare is a trusted partner to NHS trusts near you and holds preferred supplier status across each location, providing us with the best access to shifts for nursing staff. We have day, night, early and late shifts available.
Pay Rates: £18 - £32 per hour.

Working as an RGN at Firstpoint Healthcare
You will:
- Provide a person‑centred approach to serve and protect the dignity of patients and their care plans.
- Lead and delegate medical tasks including assessments and evaluations of care plans, observations and record keeping.
- Liaise with doctors and GPs.
- Order, administer, store and dispose of controlled drugs in line with specific guidelines.
- There is no requirement to drive and shifts are tailored to your availability, lifestyle and location.

To apply for this role you must meet the following criteria:
- Current NMC registration, with no restrictions on practice.
- At least 6 months experience within the NHS in your chosen setting.
