About the Role
Firstpoint Healthcare are recruiting for NICU Nurses for either ad-hoc shifts or long term vacancies in Barnsley!
As one of the largest suppliers of agency nursing staff within England, Firstpoint Healthcare are a trusted partner to NHS trusts near you! We hold preferred supplier status across each location which provides us with the best access to shifts for nursing staff.
Pay Rates: £19 – £35 per hour
At Firstpoint Healthcare, we give you the choice of when, where and how often you work, which is great if you are looking for flexibility, stability and a little more control in your work life. Full and part time opportunities on both day and night shifts available to suit all applicants.
Firstpoint Healthcare can include working in a variety of NHS hospitals.
You will:
- Provide a person-centred approach to serve and protect the dignity of patients and their care plans
- Lead and delegate medical tasks including assessments and evaluations of care plans, observations and record keeping
- Liaise with doctors and GPs
- Order, administer, store and dispose of controlled drugs in line with specific guidelines
There is no requirement to drive and shifts are tailored to your availability, lifestyle and location.
