Firstpoint Healthcare are recruiting for Palliative Care Nurses for either ad-hoc shifts or long term vacancies. Pay Rates: £22.41 - £35 per hour

Working as a Nurse at Firstpoint Healthcare:

  • Provide a person-centred approach to serve and protect the dignity of patients and their care plans
  • Lead and delegate medical tasks including assessments and evaluations of care plans, observations and record keeping
  • Liaise with doctors and GPs
  • Order, administer, store and dispose of controlled drugs in line with specific guidelines

Skills Required:

  • Syringe driver administration
  • IV infusion
  • Symptom & Pain Management (Pt controlled analgesia)
  • BiPap/CPap

There is no requirement to drive and shifts are tailored to your availability, lifestyle and location.
