As an emergency department nurse, you will:
- Deliver safe, compassionate, person-centred care to children and families
- Support and implement individualised care plans
- Lead and delegate medical tasks, including assessments, observations, and record keeping
- Liaise effectively with doctors, consultants, and GPs
- Administer, store, and dispose of medications in line with NMC and NHS guidelines
