About the Role
We are recruiting experienced Support Worker to work across a variety of settings, including care homes and residential/supported living services within the Wirral area. You'll provide essential care to individuals with diverse needs, including older adults, people with disabilities, and those with mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Supporting individuals with mobility and daily living activities
- Administering medication (where required)
- Ensuring the safety, dignity, and well-being of service users at all times
