About The Role

Servoca Nursing & Care are recruiting for committed and enthusiastic Support Workers for various settings who are passionate about helping those who are vulnerable and in need. Here at Servoca, we are a Healthcare Agency so we can give you the choice of when, where and how often you work, which is great if you are looking for flexibility, stability and a little more control of your work/life balance. There are full and part time hours available to suit you, and there is no obligation to work if you do not want to – all we ask is that you tell us your availability each week so we can get the right shift for you.

Pay Rates: £12.21 – £14

Your role as a Support Worker will include working in various settings for vulnerable individuals experiencing:

  • Autism
  • Mental Health
  • Disabilities (Learning and/or Physical)
  • Personality/Behavioural Disorder(s)
  • Challenging Behaviours

In addition to the above, your role will also include promoting independence, wellbeing and aiding service users to live a happy and fulfilling life. This is one of the most fulfilling jobs in the world, so why not earn good money whilst doing it! Shifts that are offered to you will be carefully selected and tailored to your preferences and location so there is no requirement to drive.

To benefit from the above, whilst working for one of the largest Healthcare Agencies in the UK, you will need; the right to live and work in the UK, at least 12 months paid healthcare experience in the last 3 years and a passion for Care that matches ours. Please note, at Servoca the minimum experience we need to bring you onboard with us is 12 months Support Worker experience.
