About the Role
You’ll be working across a variety of settings, including care homes and residential/supported living services supporting residents with their daily needs, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with care managers to maintain smooth running’s of the home
- Administering Medication for service users
- Taking on a leadership role in a care setting
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) when required
- Supporting with domestic tasks and record keeping
