Health Care Assistant - Responsibilities will include:
- Assist patients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety.
- Support patients during meals, including feeding if required.
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to senior staff.
- Maintain hygiene and infection control standards in all care activities.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients.
