Job Role: Care Assistant – Cumbria- Workington, Whitehaven, Cockermouth

Hours: Full Time and Part Time Hours available

Pay Rates: £11.68–16.81 per hour

Must Have 6 Months UK Experience

The work involves assisting in local care homes with person-centered care to support those at risk.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting service users at meal times
• Using hoists and slide sheets for moving and handling
• Providing personal care and daily assistance to the elderly
• Representing the company and yourself with professionalism
• Supporting individuals with dementia & Alzheimer’s, mental health issues, neurological and sensory impairments, learning and physical disabilities, palliative/end-of-life care, and cancer care

We offer flexible shifts within a reputable care provider, allowing staff to choose their weekly shifts, with options for full-time hours if desired.

There is no requirement to drive, and shifts are tailored to your availability, lifestyle, and location.
