Job Overview
Servoca Nursing & Care are recruiting for a dedicated and passionate Agency Nurse. Here at Servoca, we give you the choice of when, where and how often you work, which is great if you are looking for flexibility, stability and a little more control in your work life. Full and part‑time opportunities on both day and night shifts are available to suit all applicants.
Pay Rate: from £25.77 per hour (including holiday pay, bank holiday premiums available). Pay Rates: from £23 per hour (plus additional holiday pay and bank holiday premiums). Working as an Agency Nurse at Servoca Nursing & Care will include working in a variety of specialised settings for service users with complex and elderly needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide a person‑centred approach to serve and protect the dignity of service users and their care plans
- Lead and delegate medical tasks including assessments and evaluations of care plans, observations, and record keeping
- Liaise with doctors and GPs
- Order, administer, store and dispose of controlled drugs in line with specific guidelines
- Work in specialised settings for service users, including:
- Mental Health
- Physical/Learning Disabilities
- Dementia/Alzheimer\’s
- Challenging Behaviours
- Stroke
- Cancer care
- Palliative/End of life care
Qualifications
- Have a minimum of 12 months experience in a Nursing role in the UK
- Valid NMC Pin
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)
- Right to work in the UK (We are unable to offer sponsorship)
