About the Role

We are recruiting experienced female Support Workers to work across supported living services within the Durham area. You’ll provide essential care to individuals with diverse needs and those with mental health conditions. Hours will be Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Driving is intrinsic to the role and access to a vehicle is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Supporting individuals with mobility and daily living activities
  • Administering medication (where required)
  • Ensuring the safety, dignity, and well-being of service users at all times

What You’ll Receive

  • Flexible working – choose the hours you want each week
  • Weekly pay – £14.34 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

About You Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience as a Healthcare Assistant
  • A caring, empathetic, and reliable nature
  • UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced Adult and Child DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential)
  • MAPA/ PMVA/ CPI Cards/ Team Teach Training – (Preferred but not essential)
