About the Role
We are recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker to work across a variety of settings, including care homes and residential/supported living services within the Liverpool area. You'll provide essential care to individuals with diverse needs, including older adults, people with disabilities, and those with mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Supporting individuals with mobility and daily living activities
- Administering medication (where required)
- Ensuring the safety, dignity, and well-being of service users at all times
What You'll Receive

About You
- Minimum 6 months' experience as a Healthcare Assistant
- A caring, empathetic, and reliable nature
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced Adult and Child DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential)
- MAPA/ PMVA/ CPI Cards/ Team Teach Training – (Preferred but not essential)
