The Role

We are recruiting Support Workers to work across care homes and supported living services in Leeds and across West Yorkshire. You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred support while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care
  • Assist with mobility and safe moving & handling
  • Support with meals and hydration
  • Promote independence and encourage choice
  • Monitor wellbeing and report concerns appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records and follow care plans

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months’ UK experience in a Support Worker or care role
  • Moving & Handling experience
