🧩 The Role

We are recruiting Support Workers to support adults in community and care settings across Leeds and West Yorkshire.

You’ll play a key role in promoting independence, supporting daily living, and responding professionally to challenging situations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Support adults with daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and personal care

• Encourage independence and development of life skills

• Support individuals to attend appointments, activities, and community events

• Respond calmly to challenging behaviour using de-escalation techniques and support plans

• Monitor physical and emotional wellbeing, escalating concerns as required

• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with care teams and families

⭐ What We Offer

• £12.71 – £14.00 per hour, paid weekly

• £14.24 – £15.69 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

✅ Essential Requirements

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a support work role

• Right to work in the UK

• Two satisfactory professional references

• PMVA / MAPA training desirable (not essential)
