About the Role

You’ll be working across a variety of settings, including care homes and residential/supported living services supporting residents with their daily needs, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with care managers to maintain smooth running’s of the home
• Administering Medication for service users
• Taking on a leadership role in a care setting
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) when required
• Supporting with domestic tasks and record keeping

Requirements

• Proven 6 months UK care experience in Senior Care Worker Role
• Two recent employment references
• Right to work in the UK
• A caring, empathetic, and reliable nature
