Ofsted Registered Manager – Young Person's Residential Service – Full time – £50-62k pa – Leicester A brand new young person’s residential service, supporting unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people aged 16-18, requires a passionate and efficient Registered Manager to effectively lead a multi-disciplinary team. This is a senior management role and the successful candidate must demonstrate high levels of professionalism, competence and leadership and be able to confidently represent the organisation. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary as well as a £5k bonus if an Outstanding Ofsted inspection is achieved. Please note a relocation package is available, if applicable (t&cs apply). Key Responsibilities: * Conduct referral assessments, placements, and admissions. * Maintain staff rotas and provide emergency out-of-hours cover. * Identify and address care and training needs. * Oversee care processes, including risk assessments and care plans. * Maintain compliance with safeguarding protocols and statutory legislation. * Conduct quality reviews and manage inspections.
