We're Hiring: Graduate Applied AI Consultants
ServisBOT is looking for two graduates to join our Manchester, UK team and start a career applying AI to real customer and business problems. You’ll work with experienced teammates across customers, product, engineering and delivery, learning how AI agents move from early design through testing and assurance into production.
Location: Ancoats, Manchester
Working pattern: Hybrid, 3+ days in office
Salary: £30,000

Build practical AI experience from day one
This isn’t an AI research role, and we aren't looking for someone who wants to spend all day building models from scratch. It’s a chance to learn how AI is applied in the real world, with hands‑on responsibility early and close exposure to the work that turns a customer problem into a live enterprise deployment.
You’ll see how AI agents are designed, tested, assured and delivered for enterprise customers. That includes understanding the problem, shaping the right approach, working across teams, and making sure the solution is effective in production.
What you’ll work on
Across teams
You’ll work with customers, product, engineering and delivery rather than sitting in one lane. That gives you a fuller view of how AI solutions are built and how decisions get made.
Across the delivery cycle
You’ll learn how AI agents are developed from an initial problem through design, testing and assurance into a live production service, with direct exposure to the work at each stage.
Across real business problems
You’ll help shape solutions for customer and operational challenges where clear thinking, practical judgment and good communication matter as much as technical curiosity.

Is this a research or model-building role?
No. This role is focused on applying AI in real business settings. You’ll work on design, testing, assurance and delivery around AI agents rather than spending your time building models from scratch.
Do I need to be an AI expert or experienced developer?
No. You do not need to be an experienced developer to apply. Strong communication, structured problem‑solving, curiosity about AI, and evidence that you’ve already started exploring the space matter more here.
What kind of experience is useful before applying?
University projects, personal experiments, internships, work experience, and self‑directed use of AI tools are all relevant. We’re interested in what you’ve already started learning and how you approach problem solving.
Where is the role based?
The role is based in Ancoats, Manchester, with a hybrid working pattern that includes a minimum of three days each week in the office.
