About the role

We’re looking for a curious, practical and customer-aware Junior AI Implementation Analyst to join our team.

This is an entry-level role for someone who wants to build real AI-powered agents that solve practical business problems.

You’ll work with experienced team members to design, configure, test and improve AI agents used in customer service, operations and business workflows.

You do not need to be a senior developer or machine learning engineer.

What matters most is that you are curious about AI, good at breaking down processes, comfortable learning new tools, self‑organised, and able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people.

You’ll spend most of your time working inside our AI agent platforms, turning customer requirements into well‑structured agent flows, prompts, knowledge sources, integrations and test cases.

From time to time, you’ll join customer workshops, demos or delivery calls to understand requirements, explain what has been built, and gather feedback.

This role is inspired by the growing market for junior AI automation, prompt‑building and agent‑building roles, where employers are looking for people who can combine curiosity, workflow thinking, clear communication and hands‑on AI tool usage rather than deep AI research credentials.

Current entry‑level roles in this space emphasize practical workflow design, experimentation with AI tools, documentation, adoption support and solving business problems with AI.

You’ll sit within our Customer Success team whilst collaborating with our Engineering and Product teams helping to deliver AI solutions to a variety of clients.

You’ll be supported and coached by our Senior members of the team across Architecture, Engineering, Business Analysis and Project Management.

What you’ll do

You’ll work as part of a team to

  • Design, build and configure AI agents using Servis BOT tools and related technologies.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear conversation flows, instructions, prompts, actions and knowledge structures.
  • Help map customer processes and identify where AI agents can improve speed, consistency or customer experience.
  • Build and test agent behaviour across realistic customer scenarios.
  • Create and maintain prompts, knowledge content, FAQs, test scripts and configuration documentation.
  • Support customer‑facing workshops, demos and feedback sessions when needed.
  • Work with product, delivery and engineering colleagues to troubleshoot issues and improve agent performance.
  • Review agent outputs for quality, accuracy, tone, safety and consistency.
  • Help customers and internal teams understand how agents work and how to use them effectively.
  • Keep up to date with practical developments in AI agents, LLMs, prompt design and workflow automation.
  • What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone early in their career who has strong potential, not someone who already knows everything.

You should be

  • Curious about AI, automation and how businesses use technology.
  • Comfortable experimenting with tools like Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini or other AI platforms.
  • Good at breaking down a messy process into clear steps.
  • A strong written communicator with good attention to detail.
  • Confident enough to speak with customers occasionally, ask sensible questions and explain your thinking clearly.
  • Organised, reliable and able to follow structured delivery processes.
  • Comfortable testing your own work and improving it based on feedback.
  • Interested in customer service, conversational design, business operations or digital transformation.
  • Practical and outcome‑focused: you care about whether the agent actually helps the user.
  • Useful skills or experience
  • You do not need all of these, but any of the following would be helpful:
  • Experience using AI tools for study, work, personal projects or automation.
  • Any exposure to prompt engineering, AI agents, chatbots or workflow automation.
  • Experience in customer support, business analysis, QA testing, implementation, operations or project coordination.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, webhooks, no‑code tools or automation platforms such as Zapier, Make or n8n.
  • Experience writing documentation, process maps, FAQs or training materials.
  • An interest in conversational AI, customer experience or service design.
  • You don’t need

You do not need to be

  • A machine learning engineer.
  • A data scientist.
  • A senior software developer.
  • An AI researcher.
  • An expert in large language models.

We’re more interested in your curiosity, problem‑solving ability, communication skills and willingness to learn.

What success looks like

In your first few months, you’ll be able to

  • Understand how Servis BOT designs and delivers AI agents.
  • Configure simple agent flows with support from the team. Write clear prompts, test cases and documentation.
  • Join customer calls and capture useful requirements or feedback.
  • Test agent behaviour and spot where improvements are needed.
  • Contribute ideas for making agents more helpful, reliable and easier to maintain.

Over time, you’ll grow into someone who can take a customer problem, understand the workflow, design the agent experience, build the first version, test it, improve it and support its launch.

Why join us?

This is a chance to start your career in one of the fastest‑growing areas of technology: practical AI agents for real businesses.

You’ll get hands‑on experience building agents that customers actually use.

You’ll learn from experienced colleagues across product, delivery, engineering and customer teams.

You’ll also have the opportunity to develop a rare mix of skills across AI, workflow design, customer experience, testing, implementation and automation.

If you’re excited by AI but want a role that is practical, team‑based and grounded in real customer problems, this could be a great fit.
