We're looking for an experienced B2B salesperson to help drive it; identifying new accounts, opening doors and taking opportunities from first conversation through to signed contract.
You'll help build our footprint across sectors including transport, industrial, energy, logistics, public services and venues.
What you’ll do:
- Own the full new-business sales cycle, from identifying and prospecting target accounts through to signed contract.
- Develop opportunities generated through your own prospecting, our SDR function and inbound enquiries.
- Run consultative, site-led sales conversations, understanding operational challenges such as communications reliability, coverage gaps, ageing equipment, worker safety and resilience.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers across operations, estates, security, engineering and procurement.
- Work with our engineering team to scope site surveys, technical solutions, proposals and pricing.
- Manage multiple live opportunities and maintain a healthy new-business pipeline.
- Develop a portfolio of new-logo accounts across our target sectors.
- Represent Servicom in tenders and framework opportunities where relevant.
- Work alongside our wider commercial and account management teams to convert new customers into long-term relationships.
What we’re looking for:
- A proven track record in complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales.
- Experience in technology, security, telecoms, industrial solutions or critical infrastructure would be particularly relevant.
- Comfortable prospecting for new business as well as developing and closing qualified opportunities.
- Confident navigating longer sales cycles involving procurement, technical evaluation and site engineering.
- Comfortable presenting to senior decision-makers.
- Commercially sharp, curious and able to understand complex customer requirements.
- A self-starter who can manage a portfolio of opportunities without heavy oversight.
- Previous experience in critical communications or two-way radio is welcome but not essential.
What you’ll get:
- Competitive base salary + strong uncapped commission, with OTE dependent on experience.
- Support from a dedicated SDR function alongside inbound opportunities.
- Significant autonomy to develop new markets and strategic accounts.
- The backing of an experienced commercial, engineering and technical team.
