Role Overview: Working within the Projects Team and reporting to the Project Director, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects across multiple sectors. This is a key role within the business, requiring strong organisation, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
The successful candidate will manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinating internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure successful outcomes. Projects may include system deployments, customer implementations, operational improvements, and compliance-driven initiatives. The Project Manager will be expected to follow established processes while also contributing to continual improvement initiatives across project delivery.
- Manage projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring scope, cost, quality, and timescales are met
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation
- Liaise with suppliers to track order progress, manage lead times, and ensure materials and equipment are available to meet project milestones
- Verify supplier deliverables against purchase orders and project requirements, and manage any discrepancies
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues, including supply chain and procurement risks
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, data protection, and regulatory requirements
- Track project progress and provide clear status updates to senior stakeholders
- Support the continual improvement of project management and procurement processes and standards
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards
Proven experience delivering projects in a structured environment. Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Commercial awareness with the ability to balance cost, quality, and delivery. Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook). Familiarity working with Project Management tools, ideally Asana. 1+ years' experience in a Project Management role, ideally with exposure to procurement or supply chain coordination.
