Digital Marketing & Community Growth Executive

We’re Intelligent Media, a London-based publishing and B2B events company that has grown from three to more than twelve UK locations. We need a proactive and confident Digital Marketing & Community Growth Executive to lead organic growth, community engagement and conversion primarily via our social media platforms and help us reach wider audiences in creative, strategic and persuasive ways.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and grow our LinkedIn strategy – posting, reach, engagement and visibility.
  • Maintain and develop Meta platforms (Instagram/Facebook) and occasional YouTube/X use.
  • Drive social content forward – adapt editorial and event content into engaging formats.
  • Write and adapt content – create social formats from interviews and speaker features.
  • Write compelling outreach emails and messages tailored to target audiences.
  • Proactively grow audience & bookings – identify and reach out to key contacts, nurture delegate community across email and social, convert awareness into bookings.
  • Own email marketing – design and send campaigns via HubSpot, GetResponse, or similar tools; monitor performance.
  • Use tools, track results – manage workflows via Monday.com, Pipedrive, Canva, AI tools; track KPIs, optimise content using analytics; report insights.

Skills & Experience You’ll Need

  • 13 years experience in B2B social media, digital marketing, communications.
  • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn and familiarity with Meta tools.
  • Clear, confident writing skills across email and social platforms.
  • Comfortable using Canva and similar tools to adapt and create digital assets.
  • Familiar with email marketing systems like HubSpot, GetResponse, ActiveCampaign, etc.
  • Capable with CRMs, planning and project tools (e.g. Monday.com, Pipedrive, Trello).
  • Able to work independently, prioritise and own your area of work.
  • Not afraid of the phone – follow up directly to encourage bookings.
  • Confident working across multiple priorities, brands and projects.
  • Bonus: interest in education, events, publishing or the public sector.
