The Senior Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for driving new business sales revenue across the UK and selected Southern European markets with a strong focus on the largest enterprise organizations (think FTSE 100 and major international enterprises). The role is focused on winning new logo customers, working closely with the extended account teams (SDR, Pre‑sales, Marketing, Professional Services) to achieve and exceed revenue quota objectives. You will predominantly focus on selling our IT Financial Management (ITFM) / Technology Business Management (TBM) solutions while also identifying opportunities across the broader Enterprise Service Management portfolio.
Reporting directly to the EVP International, you will work closely with Sales Development Representatives, Marketing, Pre‑sales Consultants, and Professional Services teams to build customer value and drive new business growth.
- Drive new subscription revenue opportunities across the UK and assigned Southern European territories from first contact through to close.
- Define and execute your own go‑to‑market strategy for your assigned territory, aligned with company objectives.
- Engage targeted enterprise prospects to identify challenges within IT Financial Management processes and position our solutions effectively.
- Build and articulate compelling business value propositions throughout complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Navigate sophisticated customer environments and align multiple stakeholders around a shared vision.
- Build, maintain and progress a pipeline of high‑quality opportunities.
- Utilize value‑based selling methodologies to manage sales processes and maintain accurate forecasting in CRM systems.
What you have to offer:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of quota‑carrying enterprise sales experience within a named account territory model, with a strong track record of winning new logo business.
- Experience selling into large enterprise organizations within the IT industry is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing annual quotas exceeding £1M and closing enterprise SaaS opportunities of £200K+ ARR while consistently exceeding targets.
- Strong CRM discipline with experience in forecasting and pipeline management.
- Ability to effectively manage business across a distributed organization.
- Experience driving demand generation activities within an assigned territory.
- Exceptional customer‑facing, communication and presentation skills.
- Creative approaches to engaging executive stakeholders within large enterprise Finance and IT organizations.
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
