We’re looking for an Emerging Account Executive who’s excited to make an impact. In this role, you will be responsible for navigating sales cycles, uncovering key opportunities, and contributing to shaping the future of our industry.

About You: You are eager to learn and connect with prospects to understand how our solutions can address their needs. You excel at leading sales opportunities and working collaboratively with internal teams to develop innovative solutions. You aim to deliver exceptional results through professional, polished interactions and thoughtful preparation.

Key Responsibilities and Activities:
  • Targeted Business Development: Execute lead generation, prospecting, and sales activities within your territory by researching the market, identifying prospects, and qualifying opportunities.
  • Networking & Partnerships: Build and maintain a professional network, including prospects, market partners, and industry influencers, to amplify ServiceTrade’s values and extend our reach. Foster strong relationships with C-suite and owner-level stakeholders, positioning our solutions as vital to their operational success.
  • Operations: Leverage CRM and sales technology to maintain accurate records of interactions and execute well-organized sales strategies.
  • Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers, guiding them through the sales process. Work with Client Success Management teams to expand our solutions' usage and impact.
  • Travel: Limited travel is required, though you may attend trade shows, conferences, or visit client sites as needed.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Professional Experience: 1-3 years in a sales role, ideally within a software company.
  • Achievement: A track record of meeting goals, whether professional, academic, athletic, or within the community. You learn from challenges and continuously refine your approach.
  • Communication: Strong ability to engage with prospects and communicate clearly in both verbal and written formats.
  • Soft Skills: Quick learner with problem-solving abilities. You think critically, adapt to new challenges, and support customers throughout their journey.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience selling into our industry or a related field is desirable.
  • Education: A college degree with strong academic performance is preferred, though equivalent professional experience is also valued.
