- Provide Strategic Insights: Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns in complex data sets; prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Drive Infrastructure Improvements: Proactively partner with stakeholders in product, finance, and engineering to continuously improve analytics infrastructure.
- Mentor and Lead: Serve as a technical leader and mentor for other analysts, guiding best practices and raising team quality and efficiency.
- Own the Roadmap: Lead solutions for complex, loosely scoped problems; partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into a long‑term analytics roadmap.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of experience as a product or product analyst, with a bachelor’s degree in a business or quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience working in the technology industry, preferably in a direct‑to‑consumer business.
- Advanced SQL expertise (Snowflake preferred).
- Strong clickstream data experience and web analytics skills.
- Experience leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
- Proven experience building scalable dashboards using ThoughtSpot or similar BI tools.
- Executive communication skills with experience presenting to VP+ audiences.
- Strong business acumen and systems‑thinking ability.
