We are seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join a busy and growing operation supporting heavy plant across multiple sites.
Role Overview
- Mobile repair, servicing, and fault-finding on heavy plant machinery
- Primary focus on Caterpillar and Volvo equipment
- Diagnostics, breakdowns, planned maintenance, and component replacement
- Working independently in the field with full workshop and management support
Key Requirements
- Proven experience working on CAT and Volvo heavy plant
- Strong diagnostic and hydraulic knowledge
- Experience with engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
- Ability to work autonomously and manage call-outs effectively
- Full UK driving licence
- NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent (preferred but not essential for the right candidate)
