About the Family: We are a welcoming family looking for a kind, reliable and energetic Personal Assistant to support our fully dependent 14‑year‑old son. Our home is full of laughter, creativity and warmth, and we seek someone who shares this ethos.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate 24‑hour support, assisting with day‑to‑day activities and personal care.
- Help with bathing, dressing, feeding, and medication administration (NG fed; training provided).
- Maintain a tidy room and assist with laundry.
- Organise medical supplies and ensure all equipment is available.
- Support and encourage participation in hobbies, school and social experiences.
- Create joyful moments and memories, fostering a positive daily routine.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Warm, patient and energetic.
- Comfortable with full personal care responsibilities.
