Overview
Join our evolving EDE team and help keep a suite of in-house platforms running smoothly – while also building the next wave of digital improvements. You’ll work closely with our Lead Developer, blending strong engineering fundamentals with AI-augmented development ("Vibe Coding") to deliver high-quality code at pace.
This is a hands‑on development role with a strong BAU foundation: you’ll keep our applications stable, fix issues quickly, and make small enhancements that make a big difference to internal users. Alongside this, you’ll contribute to projects on our digital roadmap using modern tooling (including AI coding assistants) to prototype and deliver faster.
You’ll be trusted to own tickets end‑to‑end, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and follow good engineering practices (Git workflow, code review, documentation).
All successful applicants will be required to provide an enhanced DBS disclosure for regulated activity. All candidates are required to prove legal right to work in the UK; non‑EU candidates must possess the relevant visa and are not eligible for sponsorship.
