Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive specializing in Travel & Aviation to generate new business revenue from a SaaS license model. This role involves account planning, territory management, prospect research, and executing field-based sales activities within a designated set of prospects, territories, or verticals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing relationships with C-suite executives (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product lines.
- Managing client relationship mapping and orchestrating account strategies while leading virtual teams including Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing.
- Serving as a trusted advisor by understanding client businesses and advising on how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmaps.
- Identifying appropriate support resources to bring into deals at the right stages.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience in integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, or analyzing AI-driven insights.
- 10+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organizations.
- Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining C-level relationships.
- Track record of achieving sales targets.
- The ability to understand the broader IT landscape and strategic plans.
- A customer success mindset and team-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
