What you'll do
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with high-level executives, including Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), Chief Information Officers (CIOs), Chief Operating Officers (COOs), and Chief Digital Officers (CDOs).
- Lead a virtual team of professionals, including Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing personnel, to drive sales initiatives.
- Serve as a primary consultant for clients, ensuring that ServiceNow's offerings are aligned with their specific IT strategies and objectives.
- Organise and coordinate internal resources to guarantee that the appropriate expertise is involved at every phase of the sales process.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans that outline the approach to engaging with key stakeholders within the NHS.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies accordingly.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of ServiceNow solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate complex contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with both client expectations and company policies.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with the NHS audience.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on client interactions to help shape future offerings.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in software or solutions sales, with a strong emphasis on SaaS.
- A proven history of achieving sales targets and successfully closing new business deals.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing relationships with C-level executives and negotiating intricate contracts.
- Experience with integrating artificial intelligence into business processes, enhancing decision-making, or solving complex problems.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to meet clients and attend industry events.
- A solid understanding of IT strategy, with the capability to connect overarching technology goals to the specific needs of customers.
