ServiceNow is seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our high-performing sales organization for a six-month engagement. In this capacity, you will be responsible for spearheading new business acquisition and expanding our footprint within a defined vertical or geographic territory. You will serve as the primary architect of our market presence, utilizing a consultative approach to position our platform as the foundational solution for enterprise digital transformation. This role demands a high level of strategic acumen, as you will be tasked with identifying growth opportunities and navigating complex organizational structures to secure long-term SaaS license agreements.

What you'll do
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align ServiceNow's platform capabilities with the long-term IT and business roadmaps of our enterprise clients.
- Cultivate and maintain high-impact relationships with C-suite stakeholders, including Chief Information Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Operating Officers, and Chief Digital Officers.
- Orchestrate and lead cross-functional virtual teams, including solution consultants, technical specialists, marketing professionals, and partner ecosystem representatives, to drive deal velocity.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers, providing deep industry insights and demonstrating how our workflow automation solutions solve complex enterprise challenges.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and discovery to final contract negotiation and closing, ensuring alignment with corporate revenue targets.
- Strategically determine the optimal timing and deployment of internal subject matter experts and support resources to maximize the probability of winning competitive bids.
- Conduct high-level discovery sessions to uncover pain points and translate them into measurable business outcomes for the client.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity within your assigned territory to refine your sales strategy and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Utilize advanced sales methodologies to manage a robust pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent progress toward quarterly and annual quotas.
- Facilitate executive-level presentations and demonstrations that articulate the value proposition of the ServiceNow platform to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from the sales cycle to implementation and customer success phases.
- Maintain rigorous documentation of account activity and sales progress within our internal CRM systems to ensure transparency and alignment with leadership expectations.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software, SaaS, or complex enterprise solution sales.
- A verifiable history of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiating multi-million dollar, complex software licensing agreements with large-scale organizations.
- Proven ability to establish and nurture long-term, productive relationships with senior executive leadership teams.
- Practical experience leveraging AI-driven tools or data-backed insights to enhance workflow automation, decision-making processes, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Flexibility to travel domestically or internationally for business purposes up to 50 percent of the time.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Prior experience working within the IT Service Management (ITSM) or IT Operations Management (ITOM) software sectors.
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform architecture and its specific value propositions for enterprise clients.
- Experience managing large-scale digital transformation projects involving multiple stakeholders and complex procurement processes.
- A strong network of existing relationships within the enterprise technology sector in the UK or European markets.
