Their intern is to help our Sales team to create opportunities and then influence and accelerate them to close deals and help hit revenue goals.
As an Apprentice in these teams, you’ll have the chance to learn about and support the implementation of the key activities that goes into the different and varied activities. You’ll be learning alongside completing an accredited qualification via our apprentice provider, Apprentify who will support you with technical skills and ensure you’re completing the relevant modules.
Some of the things you might learn (depending on the team you’re working with):
- Whether it’s a client who has never heard of ServiceNow or our most loyal customers, you will gain experience in marketing to each audience and learn how to position ServiceNow and our products to best position us.
- Creating registration pages, promoting the events, crafting the on-the-day experience and building follow up campaigns – you'll be part of the team that makes it all happen!
- Stretch your data analytics skills by considering our audiences, revenue targets and metrics from previous campaigns and what we need to do to make the most of both whilst learning how to measure the outcomes too.
- You’ll build your internal communications skills as you develop your understanding of what your key stakeholders need from you and the team.
- Gain experience with marketing-tech (martech) tools and apps such as our own CRM, Folloze, Swoogo, Marketo (via our corporate colleagues) and others and how to best use them to yours and ServiceNow’s benefit.
