We are seeking a highly proactive Programme & Projects Support professional to enable the successful delivery of large-scale strategic initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that enterprise events, programs, and ongoing initiatives are executed seamlessly across multiple business units, with a strong focus on alignment, communication, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational support for major strategic, company-wide events, ensuring logistics, content development, stakeholder alignment, and execution are delivered to a high standard and on schedule.
  • Act as a central coordination point across multiple business units, partnering closely with Enablement, Marketing, Communications, and other functions to ensure priorities, dependencies, and deliverables remain aligned.
  • Manage ongoing strategic programs end-to-end, from planning and execution through to tracking progress, managing risks, and driving follow-through on outcomes.
  • Serve as a key point of contact to connect related strategic initiatives, proactively identifying overlaps, dependencies, and opportunities for alignment across programs.
  • Document, standardize, and continuously improve processes, leveraging new tools and technologies to increase efficiency, scalability, and clarity across ways of working.
  • Identify and support programs that improve employee experience and engagement, using insights from delivery and stakeholder feedback to recommend enhancements.
  • Track milestones, actions, and risks, escalating issues where required to ensure timely delivery of strategic objectives.
  • Support internal communications and executive reporting, ensuring updates, outcomes, and decisions are clearly captured and shared with relevant stakeholders.
  • Continuously assess how initiatives are operating, identifying opportunities to streamline execution, improve governance, and enhance impact.

Qualifications

  • Outcome-focused, with the ability to translate strategic intent into practical execution and measurable results.
  • Highly collaborative, confident working across diverse teams and senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Preferred qualifications

  • PRINCE2, PMP, or similar project management certification.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide programs, strategic events, or transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to governance frameworks, executive forums, or large-scale organizational initiatives.
