We are looking for a Global Executive Marketing Apprentice to join our Global Executive Marketing (GEM) team, based in the UK. The Global Executive Marketing team focuses on engaging senior C-suite leaders from the world’s largest organisations. Our mission is to build meaningful executive relationships by combining world-class storytelling, digital thought leadership, and curated in-person experiences that position ServiceNow as a trusted partner in enterprise transformation.

You don’t need prior experience in executive marketing — we’ll help you learn what makes this audience unique and how to engage them effectively. As an apprentice, you’ll gain exposure to global marketing initiatives while completing an accredited qualification through our apprentice provider, Apprentify, who will support your technical development and ensure you complete the relevant modules.

About the Global Executive Marketing Team:

  • Deliver high-impact executive experiences at major global events and curated roundtables
  • Develop C-suite thought leadership and digital storytelling programs
  • Support relationship building within our most strategic global accounts
  • Ensure executive engagement translates into measurable business impact

This team collaborates across sales, solution consulting, corporate marketing, regional field marketing teams, and external partners. While we work globally, this role will be UK-based and support both regional and international initiatives.

What You’ll Learn and Experience:

  • Executive Events & Experiences
  • Supporting the delivery of curated executive roundtables and leadership events
  • Assisting with event logistics, communications, and follow-up campaigns
  • Helping create executive briefing materials and on-the-day experiences
  • Understanding how relationship-led marketing differs from traditional demand generation
  • Executive Storytelling & Thought Leadership
    • Supporting the development of C-suite-level content and messaging
    • Helping coordinate digital storytelling initiatives and executive campaigns
    • Learning how marketing speaks differently to CIOs, CFOs, CHROs, and other C-suite leaders
    • Understanding how thought leadership builds credibility at the highest levels
  • Strategy, Measurement & Insights
    • Supporting audience research and executive account profiling
    • Learning how executive marketing impact is measured
    • Assisting with tracking engagement metrics and pipeline influence
    • Gaining exposure to account-based marketing and strategic account planning
  • Marketing Technology & Operations
    • Gaining experience with marketing and CRM platforms
    • Supporting campaign setup, invitation management, and reporting
    • Understanding how marketing automation and executive outreach integrate
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
    • Working with senior internal stakeholders
    • Developing professional communication skills
    • Learning how to manage multiple workstreams and priorities

    Qualifications:

    Who you are:

For us, attitude and behaviours matter most. We can teach executive marketing skills, but we can’t teach curiosity, accountability, composure, and collaboration. We’re looking for someone who:

    • Is proactive, curious, and eager to learn
    • Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment
    • Has strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Is organised and detail-oriented
    • Is open to feedback and willing to grow
    • Works well in a team and builds positive relationships
    • Is confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders

You do not need prior marketing experience — that’s what the apprenticeship is for. Any exposure to marketing, events, communications, or business studies is a bonus but not required. Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills are a bonus given the global nature of the team. This role requires attendance at our Staines office a minimum of 3 days per week. This apprenticeship is expected to begin on 15th June 2026.
