Overview
We are looking for a Business Support Specialist to provide proactive and reliable support to four Major Area Leads in CEG EMEA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to develop within an executive support role. The position will involve a mix of responsibilities, including light calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and assisting with special projects. Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to four Area Vice Presidents, ensuring smooth coordination and organisation.
- Assist with light calendar management, including scheduling internal and external meetings.
- Arrange travel, including booking flights, accommodation, and preparing itineraries.
- Process and track expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
- Partner with the Executive Assistant of CEG EMEA on special projects, gaining exposure to a variety of business initiatives.
- Act as a first point of contact for queries, helping to direct and prioritise requests.
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks to keep projects and operations moving efficiently.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and bring fresh perspectives to the team.
Qualifications
- AI Integration: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI\’s potential impact on the function or industry.
