Job Description
ServiceNow is seeking an Advisory Presales Solution Consultant to provide technical sales partnership and guidance to customers in the Wealth & Asset Management sector. The Solution Consultant will utilize world-class technical pre-sales techniques to communicate the power, extensibility, and ease-of-use of the ServiceNow platform, contributing to customer growth.
What you will do:
- Develop, position, and provide technology-based solutions during sales cycles, achieving sales goals for your territory.
- Understand business and technical problems addressed by ServiceNow products, including business transformation, operational efficiency, regulations, security, and evolving needs.
- Engage with C-Suite Executives and other stakeholders to uncover technology architecture and business needs.
- Partner with sales teams for account and strategy planning.
- Lead technical discussions to define objectives and demonstrate business value.
- Sell solutions based on value, not just features.
- Support regional marketing events like conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to prospects and customers, onsite and via video conference.
- Create demo scripts and scenarios in collaboration with the team.
- Deepen understanding of the ServiceNow platform to advise customers effectively.
- Respond to RFI/RFP documents.
- Stay current on product updates, releases, and competitive landscape.
- Coordinate with Professional Services for deployment briefings and transition planning.
- Represent ServiceNow at executive briefings and marketing events.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI tools and automations.
- 8+ years of complex enterprise software pre-sales experience.
- Experience selling to large enterprises (5000+ employees).
- Experience in Wealth & Asset Management, Banking, or Financial Services is a plus.
- Technical expertise with the ability to learn new solutions quickly.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and business drivers around IT.
- Territory management skills, including pipeline development.
- Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally.
- Fluency in English.
