What you'll do
- Spearhead the technical and strategic initiatives for AI Control Tower projects, focusing on use cases related to AI discovery and observability.
- Collaborate closely with account teams to oversee the entire sales process, from initial qualification to project scoping.
- Facilitate workshops, deliver product demonstrations, and create proof of concepts that address customer needs surrounding risk and governance.
- Convert intricate regulatory and technical specifications into compelling business value propositions for executive-level stakeholders.
- Prepare comprehensive functional and technical responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Stay abreast of the shifting AI regulatory landscape, including legislation like the EU AI Act, to provide informed compliance advice to clients.
- Offer insights and feedback to engineering and product management teams to help shape the future direction of the platform.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), Chief AI Officers, and leaders in risk management.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or pre-sales roles, ideally within the SaaS or enterprise software sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI transformation or governance, including management of the AI lifecycle and risk mitigation strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging both technical architects and senior business executives effectively.
- Strong presentation abilities and adept at managing stakeholder relationships.
- Proven capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving regulatory frameworks.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), or Security Operations (SecOps) tools.
- Understanding of privacy regulations such as GDPR or frameworks for business continuity management.
- Knowledge of AI regulatory standards, including NIST AI Risk Management Framework, ISO 42001, or the EU AI Act.
- A university degree or relevant qualification in AI or AI transformation.
- Experience in managing broader risk portfolios, encompassing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), or operational resilience strategies.
