The General Commercial Cleaner will be responsible for conducting various general housekeeping cleaning services at assigned residential and commercial client sites.

Requirements:

  • Police Clearance Check
  • Drivers License
  • Vehicle

Responsibilities:

  • Dust all furniture including desks, chairs, tables (exposed areas of desk only) and other areas as assigned
  • Clean all mirrors and glass within the unit, including interior glass in partitions and doors
  • Clean, sanitize and polish all bathroom fixtures including toilet bowls, urinals, and hand basins
  • Empty and maintain all containers and garbage bins
  • Refill all dispensers to normal limits including napkins, soap, tissue, towel, liners, and cups
  • Perform additional cleaning instructions received from client (when required)
  • Establish positive rapport with clients when possible
  • Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
  • Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies

Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Pride taken in providing clean residential and commercial environments to clients
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
  • Works well independently and in a team environment
  • Minimum of one (1) years of experience in commercial cleaning is preferred

Physical Requirements:

This position requires a high level of physical exertion. Moderate intensity of sensory effort is required.
