Housekeeper for Commercial Cleaning Company Kent

ServiceMaster Clean is a well-established commercial cleaning company looking for a full-time commercial cleaner in the Kent area. $100 hiring bonus after 30 days.

Job Position Description

• Perform cleaning duties for client facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures.
• Clean facilities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing, sanitizing, trash disposal, etc.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Open and lock facilities and operate building alarms/security systems.

Qualifications and Physical Demands

• Professional cleaning experience preferred, but willing to train a reliable candidate with good communication and strong work ethic.
• Must be able to perform constant standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, organized and detailed manner.
• Ability to adhere to a pre-set time budget for each assigned project.
• Must be capable of working with little to no supervision.
